Description:

• Seeking Journeyman and Apprentice Plumbers to join mechanical company focused on plumbing, heating, and piping.

• Will work on commercial and industrial (industrial is mainly water treatment plants) construction projects in Western Colorado.

• Journeyman: 4+ years of commercial / industrial experience. Need CO license before starting work

• Apprentice: 4+ years of commercial / industrial experience. Need proof of DORA hours.

• Projects to include waste water / water treatment plants, hospitals, schools, jails, hotels, etc. - (Spaces will be unoccupied)

• 50% of their work is plumbing, 50% is the piping side of HVAC

• Candidates will be installing new plumbing systems or replacing outdated systems.

• Will be using tools such as torque wrenches, monkey wrenches, hex wrenches, channel locks, wire cutters, impact drills, various rotary saws.

• Materials include: cast iron, waste & vent, PVC, copper (lot of soldering, some press), thread pipe, steel pipe.

• HDPE Fusion Pipe experience is a plus not a must.

• Acid Waste - do not do it a ton, it is lavatory type work.

• Candidate expected to bring hand tools, do not require too far beyond cordless tools & torch. Tool list TBD.

Pay: $20 - $35/hr

Office Location: Johnstown, CO

Travel:

• Will be traveling throughout the mountain region

• Must be willing to relocate or travel with Per Diem
