FUNCTION: Perform various quality related functions within the organization's quality program to develop, and maintain quality requirements for processing components and other materials into finished product. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Technical Degree from a four year college or a Certified Quality Engineer certification with 2-5 years work experience in quality assurance, safety and environmental regulation compliance, or equivalent work experience.

• 5 years experience in Quality Assurance in a AS9100 environment.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and dicide in all units of measure, whole numbers, fractions, and decimals in English and Metric System.

• Ability to convert metric units to English units and vice versa.

$43-$57.70/hour

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement, Establish, and Maintain certification of compant's ISO 13485/FDA-QSR (21 CFR Part 820) and SAE AS 9100 quality management system

• Facilitate top management review meetings

• Companie's corporate quality contact for customers, vendors, and subcontractors

• Develop with top managment quality objectives and quality policy

• Maintain the integrity of the quality management system

• Develop training programs for all employees

• Coordinate and assist with all internal audits

• Coordinate and perfom all audits of suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors

• Maintain a motivated quality control personnel staff

• Ensure all waste is disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal

• Assist in the receiving inspection, in-process and finished inspection of components, subassemblies, and assemblies and raw materials as required

• Perform material disposition on Non-conforming products

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
