Reports to: Manager, Technology
Location: Holland, Michigan

Summary:
As a Technology Engineer you will distribute resources in accordance with the production/shipment
plan, ensure the safety of the workplace, perform production activities by optimizing the
process/equipment, and manage/improve the production related results (e.g. Yield, OEE)
Responsibilities:
Compliance with health/safety/environmental/fire regulations
Check production progress management in accordance with the production plan
Feedback to Technology. Management Dept. when problems related to production progress occur
NCR: Non-conformance Report, handling and improvement
Yield management (Improving productivity and improving production loss)
OEE management (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) : Efficiency management for material replacement, production preparation, and PD
Perform internal and customer audits
Perform company document preparation related to process/procedures: SOP, PFD CP
Develop Production Engineer's Competency
Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:
Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent, relevant experience
Experience:
- 2-3+ years of experience in continuous improvement or manufacturing in a highly automated
and/or automotive engineering environment
Robotic manufacturing equipment
Experience with large production lines, PFMEAs, and process controls
Experience with Time Studies, Line Balancing, Lean Manufacturing, Bottleneck Analysis
Skills:

Battery production related knowledge
