Position Available: HVAC Quality Control Manager Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality control processes and procedures for HVAC projects. Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC installations, including equipment, ductwork, piping, and controls, to verify compliance with specifications, codes, and standards. Identify and address any deviations from approved plans or specifications and work closely with the project team to resolve issues promptly. Create detailed quality control documentation, including inspection checklists, reports, and test results. Maintain accurate records of all inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken. Provide regular reports to management highlighting project status, quality performance, and any areas of concern. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to provide guidance on quality requirements and best practices in HVAC installations. Analyze trends and data from quality control inspections to identify recurring issues and areas for improvement. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of HVAC installations. Remain current with industry codes, standards, and regulations related to HVAC systems and quality control. Ensure that all HVAC projects are in compliance with relevant local, state, and national codes and regulations. Work closely to ensure the delivery of high-quality HVAC components and equipment.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in HVAC quality control. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, installation practices, and industry standards. Strong understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols. Proficiency in using quality control tools, software, and reporting systems. Relevant certifications are a plus. Salary Range Competitive salary
