Semester: Fall 2024

Position Summary & Purpose: Support the creative and visual aspects of our organization, contribute to the overall brand identity and marketing efforts of the company, and collaborate with team members to develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and company website.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with the Marketing Manager to develop creative concepts and visual solutions for print and digital projects.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and presentations.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of visual elements for digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for design projects.

  • Research industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the design team.

  • Support the Marketing Manager in various tasks, including photo editing, layout design, and other graphic design responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications;

  • Working toward an Associate degree in Applied Graphic Communication; or, a Bachelor degree in Design, Media (Electronic Arts) or Communication, or a Master of Fine Arts (Media, or Electronic Arts)

  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) in addition to Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates knowledge of graphic design principles.

  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and multitask accordingly to hit deadlines.

  • Attention to detail is a must
