Duties: Deliver project-based solutions for clients for automation and control system projects. Develop and execute Control System Design and ensure that proposed Specifications document aligns with user requirements. Develop logic for PLC and design HMI for control system and develop test forms based on the specification documents. Documentation, implementation, testing, and start-up of technical solutions. Generate of Input/Output Lists for the project. Hardware design of PLC Controllers and Input/Output Cards -- AutoCAD. Review prints with the Lead Engineer and ensure markups are recorded. Develop equipment functional descriptions including sequence of operation on equipment. Software Programming of PLC (Programable Logic Controllers) based on provided functional descriptions. Design, Test, and Commission Industrial Control Networks to our standards. Interface legacy networks with modern Industrial Control Networks with the use of protocol converters. Design Layout of Operator Interface Terminals and program connection to the Logic Controller.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field plus 1 year of experience in a related occupation. Requires 1 year of experience in the following: PLC Programming; HMI Programming; Test Form Development; I/O Check Out and Troubleshooting; and Ethernet Network Design and Device Communication. 100% telecommuting is permitted.
