SUMMARY

This role is responsible for keeping the facility and grounds in a clean and organized manner.

Reports to: Site Manager/Foreman

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:

• Follows Safety Guideline and procedures set for this role.
• Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or toll if he/she has not been trained to operate.
• Reports equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.
• Patrols yard and gathers debris and places in appropriate bin, i.e. trash or steel.
• Organizes facility both inside buildings as well as outside.
• Works with Parts Coordinator with proper storage of items.
• Cleans equipment.
• Paints items around facility.

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in construction or manufacturing desired - 1 year of general labor such as construction, oil field or such. If warehouse experience, then 2 years of warehouse experience desired.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and team members.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Powered industrial truck certification, other industrial truck certifications.

• Employee must be able to wear Hard hat/Safety Glasses and all other required Safety apparel. Employee must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and work at heights for prolonged periods.
• Employee must be able to use hand and power tools and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds periodically.
• Employee must have the ability to work near others and in tight spaces occasionally. Employee must be able to work in high heat/high cold conditions.
• Employee must be able to work in Low Light/High light conditions.
• Employee must be able to adjust to a changing physical environment and maintain strong ergonomic safety decision making.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work independently and with and around others. There is frequent verbal and face-to-face contact. The empl yee is frequently required to be available for extended hours. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.
