This job requires a minimum of 3 months verifiable experience required. Must know GPS guidance. Most work are performed outdoors and workers will be exposed to extreme warm and hot temperatures. Some job duties require physical and manual labor and will require extensive sitting, and walking and repetitive movements. Work duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 60 lbs. Workers must be able to obtain a driver\'s license within 30-60 days of hire. Due to presence of children on the farm and the liability of driving on roads and/or driving big expensive machinery, a drug screening and/or criminal background check will be required post-hire at the employer\'s expense. Failure to pass drug screening and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment with our company. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Driver requirements, Criminal background check, Drug screen, Lifting requirement 60lbs., Exposure to extreme temperatures, Extensive sitting or walking, Repetitive movements, Job duties include the following but are not limited to: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, spray, cultivate, harvest, and store crops. Attach farm implements such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor. Till the soil and rock-picking. Plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Manual labor, drain excess water from crops, assisting with irrigation of crops.\ Put crops in bins as well as remove grain.\ Chop weeds. General lubrication, service (check fluids), and perform incidental repairs to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to the elevator or storage area. Maintain and clean agricultural building and yards. Crops: corn, rice and soybeans.

Housing: 1 Units, Total Occupancy: 4, employer owned

Meals: Housing provided to the workers has a fully equipped kitchen where they can prepare and cook their own meals three times a day. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with appliances such as stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher - all in working condition. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils for prepping and cooking food. Adequate sinks with warm and cold water under pressure. The employer will ensure that workers have access to a grocery store at least once a week to purchase their own food/produce. Workers have access\ to vehicles to drive themselves to the grocery stores from the house to the stores and back.

Transportation: For the entire duration of the work contract, transportation from the housing location to the work site and back each day will be provided at no cost to the worker. The employer will make 1 (one) vehicle available for use by the workers.\ The employer will, as per H2A regulations, reimburse the worker for travel cost, including daily subsistence rates stipulated at the\ time, from the workers place of residence to the workplace, and upon contract completion, from the workplace back to the workers place of residence at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charge for the distance involved, for example return bus and or airfare.
