As a Product Development Project Manager_Lead within the Project Management department, you'll be the shepherd guiding complex projects from concept to successful launch. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possessing exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Product Development Project Manager

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay Range: $ 50-54/hr

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage high-complexity product development projects from inception to launch.

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

• Oversee project execution, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time completion.

• Foster collaboration across engineering, design, and manufacturing teams.

• Analyze project performance and recommend process improvements for continuous optimization.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (minimum).

• 8+ years of experience in product development project management (experience from electrical engineering within product development.¡)

• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a leadership mindset.
