We are immediately seeking a full-time Accountant for a publicly traded company that operates out of both Grand Junction and Canada.

Pay is $55,000/year ($26.44/hr)

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (in office)

Job Duties:

-Maintain accurate financial records -Perform full-cycle accounting -Weekly and monthly real time reporting -Accounts payable -Accounts receivable -Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets -Prepare and process payroll -Assist with end of month and end of year closings -Generate financial reports -Assist with budgeting and forecasting -Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights -Manage employee expense claims -Support CFO with admin duties -Verify subscription software

Experience:

-Knowledge of IFR Standards - required -GAAP knowledge - required -QuickBooks - required -Must be be confident working independently -Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records -Proficient in intermediate Excel spreadsheets -Proficient in Microsoft 365 / Office Suite -High degree of accuracy and attention to detail -Ability to effectively communicate with CFO, Sales Team, 3rd party vendors, and -Subscription members, buy email phone and in person

Education:
