Adecco US, Inc. QA Inspector in Georgia, Vermont

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill QA Inspector positions in Georgia, VT. We have openings on 1st and 2nd shift.

Responsibilities for QA Inspector:

  • Follow an inspection checklist and document findings for incoming inspection of received parts.

  • Inspects product manufactured, assembled, or repaired in the manufacturing area or by outside vendors.

  • Demonstrates complete understanding of firearm safety.

  • Identifies and documents any mistakes or problems associated with the items being inspected.

  • Maintains accurate records of all items inspected.

  • Submits reports to the Quality Manager in regard to quality and items inspected.

  • Utilizes basic test equipment such as calipers, Rockwell Testers, and surface plate.

  • Reads and follows simple blueprints and drawings.

  • Progressively improves upon and maintains acceptable inspection numbers in accordance with Company standards.

  • Adheres to all employment policies/safety policies/practices required by law/established by Company.

  • Complete all required paperwork timely and accurately.

Qualifications for QA Inspector:

  • General mechanical ability is required.

  • Possess sound problem-solving skills to help facilitate solutions to problems identified during the inspection process.

  • Ability to use Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Strong understanding of Trigonometry and Mathematics

  • Able to do a fully layout of dimensional features.

  • Experience with ERP system use, preferred.

  • Able to use standard measurement tools, height stands and optical comparators.

  • Understanding and knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
