salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Check and confirm maintenance spare parts inventory.

  • Update spare parts usage paperwork. Where / When / Who used.

  • Examine and verify materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents and requisitions.

  • Conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy. Update CMMS software as required.

  • Ability to learn and implement maintenance software.

  • Keep department records compliant with TS16949, ISO14001

  • Proactively addresses and corrects all unsafe behaviors and conditions.

  • Effectively communicate with maintenance Team Members and Management

  • Prepare items to ship out for repair. Complete necessary paperwork for tracking purposes.

  • Unload trucks and store items in the proper location.

  • Perform clerical duties such as creating purchase requisitions and entering inventory data.

  • Locates materials, requisitions materials, establish delivery schedules according to priorities and anticipated availability.

  • Use computerized systems to compile reports of quantity and type of material on hand.

  • Manage all purchases for production and maintenance teams.

  • Evaluate vendors for negotiating competitive bidding.

The essential functions of this role include:
