Apporter le support technique nécessaire à nos clients et à nos collaborateurs en interne.

Poste basé à Gennevilliers.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

Support technique

  • Répondre aux demandes techniques des clients.

  • Apporter ses connaissances et son support en interne au service des collègues de SODICA.

  • Expliquer et mettre à disposition des éléments de connaissance technique.

  • Suivre avec EPC les évolutions produits (obsolescences, ajouts de produits au catalogue, problématiques d’approvisionnement menant à un changement de produit, développement nouveaux produits …).

  • Participer à l’élaboration du catalogue SODICA ou à tout autre projet de support technique aux clients

Amélioration continue

  • Collecter les aléas.

  • Piloter des recherches de causes d’origine et proposer les plans d’actions.

  • Recherche d’infos techniques : Recherche et formalise les réponses techniques aux demandes des clients, des fournisseurs et des autres services (identification de pièces pour le magasin…)

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

  • Être diplômé d'un BAC +2 IUT/IUP Electrotechnique, Génie Mécanique, Méthodes Industrielles ou expérience équivalente

  • Expérience d'au minimum 5 à 7 ans sur sur un poste similaire dansle marché de la pièce de rechange industriel et ou de l’ascenseur

  • Maitrise de l'outil informatique

  • Anglais impératif

  • Espagnol/ Italien (Apprécié)
