Robert Half Human Resource Manager in Fountain Valley, California

Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our client in Fountain Valley, California. In this role, you will oversee all operations within our company, playing a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to support our overall mission and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of operations within the company

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures

• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, prioritizing employee well-being and professional development

• Ensure excellence in all aspects of operations, maintaining high standards of performance

• Utilize various management systems such as CRM and ERP for efficient operations

• Use Microsoft Excel and other tools to analyze and present data related to operations

• Comply with all relevant regulations and standards to ensure operations are conducted legally and ethically

• Implement effective hiring processes to recruit top talent for the company

• Manage budget processes, ensuring financial efficiency in operations

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services and About Time software

• Demonstrated knowledge of budget processes

• Proven track record in hiring processes and team management

• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficiency in using a Management System

• Ability to ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

• Experience in formulating operational strategies and implementing comprehensive plans to meet company goals

• Excellent leadership, team building, and decision-making skills

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)

• High school diploma; BSc/BA in Business or relevant field is a plus

• Flexible to work in different shifts including weekends, holidays, and during emergencies.
