Who You Are

The Global Supply Chain (GSC) team is seeking a Proposal Management Integrator, Level 4

Every day will be unique as you tackle shortages and resolve supplier performance issues. In this role, you will make a difference to our bottom line by controlling costs through negotiation and ensuring on-time delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

The selected candidate will be a part of the Proposal Management team on the F-35 GSC Project Office team. The candidate will work closely with F-35 Procurement, F-35 Program Management, Material Estimating, Contracts, and Prime Proposals to manage proposal activity. The candidate will support prime negotiations as the SCM point of contact for material cost. The candidate will be required to develop and utilize metric tools to track and report progress to all levels of leadership.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access, and candidate will need to possess the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, after hire.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

Experienced with government policy and procedure and regulations including Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) and FAR requirements.

Experienced with the proposal process and (1) of the following areas:

- Procurement

- Price Cost Analysis

- Program Management

- Project Management

- Subcontract Management experience

Desired Skills:

- Advanced presentation skills, with experience successfully interfacing and interacting with all levels up the organization.

- Experience articulating complex matters, in concise oral and written presentations; in a fast-paced proposal environment

- Program or Project Management Experience

- F-35 Program experience

- Familiarity with procurement tools (SAP)

- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
