salary: $15.99 - $16 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls/emails and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction

• Process new orders based on customer requests

• Track open orders to ensure completeness

• Check pricing and verify availability

• Review and troubleshoot customer problems and initiate standard action for repair, replacement, return or field service

• Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting

What you'll have:

• High School Diploma

• 1-2 years of related experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills

• Ability to learn and understand technical terminology

• Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details

Schedule: Schedule can range from 7:30AM start to 7:30PM end or later, along with alternating weekends. Plenty of opportunity for overtime.
