Title: Debug Technician

Location: Florence, KY

Duration: 6 months Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Overview

• Assist in the operation of the manufacturing line while ensuring the highest quality and striving for efficiency and excellence in all endeavors while adhering to all safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.

• Inspect in-process and/or finished production assemblies and sub-assemblies for conformance to quality assurance standards.

• Read and follow visual aids, engineering change notices, or established operating procedures, determine acceptance or rejection of product.

• Work under close supervision of Manufacturing supervisor or another designated supervisor.

• Follow standardized and routine written directions and visual aids for assigned quality assurance inspection operations.

• Visually inspect products using magnifying glass, lot sampling methods, first article checks, and /or AOI machines.

• Enter standardized information into computerized MES system using simple keystrokes to indicate pass or failure of board.

• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in hardware knowledge, networking concepts and Linux domain at intermediate level

• Knowledge in PCIe protocols, SSH connection, BIOS on a PC, BCM

• Know the difference between an IP address and a Mac address

Shift Information

• Onsite position / Eligible for a $2.00 an hour increase after 90 days, but no guarantees

• 6am – 6pm: Weekdays: Monday – Wednesday/Thursday ($22.00/hour)

• 6pm – 6am: Weekdays: Monday – Wednesday/Thursday ($23.32/hour)

• 6am – 6pm: Weekends: Thursday – Friday/Saturday ($23.98/hour)

• 6pm – 6am: Weekends: Thursday – Friday/Saturday ($23.98/hour)

Additional Information

• Interview process will include an on-site tour then a panel interview

• No relocation and/or visa sponsorship

• Start date is ASAP (once background check and/or drug screen are clear)

• Possible temp to hire for the right candidate, no guarantees
