Summary of duties: Experienced Technician with machine maintenance responsibilities who directs and manages the activities of workers engaged in troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of tooling and equipment. Supervises maintenance technicians engaged in equipment installation, equipment troubleshooting and repair, and preventative maintenance. Collaborates with management to schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations. Implements preventive maintenance program and coordinates implementation with internal team as well as management. May be tasked with performing preventative maintenance and the repair/troubleshooting of equipment. Completes employee performance evaluations and has the ability to address performance related matters. Reviews and closes completed work orders to proper standards in maintenance management system. Responds to emergencies and supports after hours facility needs and activities as required. Participates as a lead of the emergency response team. Assist outside emergency response teams. Observes, complies with and holds team accountable to Company safety procedures at all times. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. 2 year or 4 year degree in a related field preferred 3-5 years' experience required.
