Job Title: Cabinet Finisher Sr

Job Type: Full Time; Contract

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $33.81 per hour

High School Diploma or GED required. 4 years experience in wood finishing processes.

Skill-based : Wood finishing, Aerospace, Spray equipment, Lean Six-Sigma, Material tracking system

Job Summary The candidate will perform advanced wood finishing tasks on aircraft furniture, ensuring compliance with design specifications and engineering drawings. They will apply finishes using various methods such as spray equipment and mentor junior technicians in their craft. Even Simpler: This person makes sure that parts of an airplane's inside that are made out of wood look really good and match what the airplane designers want. They also teach others how to do it.

Skill Requirements Must-Have:

• Wood finishing experience in a professional setting

• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards (preferred)

• Knowledge of Lean Six-Sigma principles for process improvement (preferred)

• Ability to operate a material tracking system

Preferred:

• Experience leading projects and mentoring staff

• Computer literacy

Pay Details: $33.81 per hour
