The ideal candidate will have experience in ammonia refrigeration and HVAC/R systems. As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems in various settings. salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

shift: Third

work hours: 5 PM - 5:30 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration systems, including ammonia refrigeration systems

• Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning units - Interpret and follow schematics and blueprints for system installation and repairs

• Provide field service support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues

• Drive company van to various job sites as needed

• Weld and fabricate components as necessary for system repairs

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 12 hours at one time

• working weekends

Skills

• Ammonia (1 year of experience is required)

• Refrigeration (1 year of experience is required)

• PLC (1 year of experience is required)

• Blueprints

• Mechanical Maintenance (1 year of experience is required)

• Electronic Maintenance

• HVAC (1 year of experience is required)
