General Description:

Tolin Mechanical, an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor, is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our Colorado Springs Branch . We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below.

We have a solid team of experienced and respected technicians. Our business continues to grow, and we are looking for another solid Service Coordinator that is interested in a long-term position and who will fit well into our team.

Service Coordinators report to the Director of Corporate Services and provide support to service operations, helping to ensure that all contractual commitments to the customer are met in a timely, high quality, and cost-effective manner. They work to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction possible, exceeding customers’ expectations. Tied into the overall team picture, Service Coordinators help to ensure that financial objectives are redeemed through efficient and effective coordination.

Summary of Job Functions and Equipment:

  • Internal company relations

  • External relations with customers and vendors

  • Customer Satisfaction

  • Technical competency of field, mechanical, and electrical activities

  • Service sales to operations turnover

  • Administrative, accounting, and sales support

  • Coordination of staff

  • Materials and equipment procurement

  • Subcontract administration

  • Work order scheduling

  • Back up and support Customer Service dispatching

    Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications :

  • Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.

  • Values and display exceptional customer service

  • Strong organization skills

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Minimum 1-3 years in HVAC or facility service-related business

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Over 18 years of age

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Familiarity with HVAC/Facility Service business

  • Strong written and verbal English skills

  • Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Average Starting Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
