The Director, Sales Operations & Enablement for Mammotome is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the North America Sales organization.

This position is part of the North America Sales & Service organization located in Cincinnati, Ohio and will be fully remote. At Mammotome, our passion is driving innovative technologies that create efficiencies, while never forgetting that at the heart of every breast cancer journey is a patient.

You will be a part of the NA Sales Leadership team and report to the Vice President, North American Sales, Global Service, & Commercial Marketing responsible for Counseling the VP Sales and influencing Sales Leadership in the implementation of objectives to drive growth, retention, engagement and sales productivity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Analyzes and models data to make assumptions, draws conclusions, and make recommendations to leadership team including visual representation for management presentations.

  • Oversees Customer Service organization (order taking, processing, trouble shooting) responsible for 1000s of orders per year.

  • Oversees design and execution of high impact and effective sales training including clinical, selling, and management development including working closely with sales leadership, product management and Human Resources to define sales competencies and planning content for new product launches, national sales meetings, first and second level trainings.

  • Manages multiple aspects of the customer contract strategy and forecasting processes including DOA, T&C, pricing tiers adherence and exceptions, and coaching field sales team to align to strategy and achieve sales results.

  • Supervises and monitors the design, development, financial exposure and payouts of annual incentive plans and customer price realization, in partnership with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Sales, and Finance, for a multi-channel field sales organization.

  • Prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity, growth, engagement and attrition.

  • Leads territory planning and salesforce alignment strategies to optimize field sales resources to increase sales productivity by using assessment tools and third-party consultants where appropriate.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 6 years of business experience required; preferably in sales management, revenue operations, contracting and/or sales compensation/quota design & development working with commercial teams to optimize sales channel effectiveness

  • Strong data and metric driven mentality with salesforce.com technical proficiency and experience in sales enablement tools including Excel tools and data management, SalesForce.com, PowerBi, and SAP

  • Financial acumen and understanding of elements of P&L to understand levers for driving revenue, avoiding cost, improving margin and deployment of sales compensation plans

  • Experience in developing and tracking sales pipeline and sales performance metrics

  • Experience with building followership, leading teams and championing projects, with an entrepreneurial and problem solving approach to building and scaling repeatable processes.

  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and drive execution with strong business impact

  • Proven track record of being able to plan, prioritize, & complete competing projects on time inclusive of problem solving throughout the projects.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry, experience in Diagnostics, Medical Device or Pharmaceuticals preferred

The salary range for this role is $170,000-200,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
