We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Mill Worker to join our team. As an integral part of our production team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality architectural millwork pieces to exact specifications. From custom cabinetry to intricate moldings, you will play a key role in bringing architectural designs to life.   • Proven experience as an architectural millworker or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your craftsmanship.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and blueprints.

  • Expertise in operating woodworking machinery and hand tools.

  • Knowledge of various wood types, finishes, and hardware.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret architectural drawings and blueprints to determine project specifications.

  • Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools to fabricate and assemble architectural millwork components.

  • Select and procure materials according to project requirements.

  • Ensure precision and attention to detail in all aspects of fabrication and assembly.

  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

  • Assist in the installation of architectural millwork on-site when necessary.
