Otis développe son activité et recherche un(e) conseiller(e) relation clientèle (H/F) pour intégrer une de nos entités située à Camons.

Sous la responsabilité de votre Directeur d’agence ou Chef des ventes, vous prenez en charge la gestion et le développement un portefeuille clients divers / spécifique.

Missions :

Au quotidien, vos missions sont les suivantes :

• Relance de devis et suivi client

• Suivi campagne des missions, devis…,

• Gestion partielle d’un portefeuille,

• Réalisation des offres (contrat travaux…)

• Suivi des problématiques techniques pour garantir la satisfaction des clients.

Profil :

• Une première expérience en gestion de portefeuille clients sera appréciée

• Votre écoute client, votre sens de l’équipe et votre excellence opérationnelle feront la différence

• Vous maîtrisez le pack office.

• Vous avez une bonne expression orale et un bon relationnel.

• Vous êtes passionné(e), autonome et force de proposition dans les missions à accomplir.

REMUNERATION

Treizième mois, prime d’ancienneté (pour les salariés non-cadres, à partir de 3 ans), indemnités liées à la fonction occupée, primes de résultat.
