My company builds medium sized Tents made of vinyl and aluminum for the first responders on Arizona and New Mexico disasters - such as wildfire and floods.

These incidents usually occur inside one of the state forest areas and thereby require some travel to the job site.

I compensate all drivers for fuel expenses and I give bonuses to help reward people for making the journey but, to be clear, you are not technically employed for me until you arrive at the job site and begin working. Likewise, after the job is finished you would clock out of the job with me and drive yourself back to town or carpool back to town.
