The Opportunity

  • Supporting the Operations Director delivering operational & financial support relating to People and Finance processes

  • Manage monthly reporting for various operational metrics (financial summaries, debtors, leave reporting, etc)

  • Collaborating with the people lead, finance and recruitment team in managing job requisitions & cost implications

  • Assist with ad hoc projects such as system improvements and standardization of reporting

As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • 2+ years in a professional environment where you have demonstrated your financial analysis ability and literacy skills

  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills, - Bi, Peoplesoft experience advantageous

  • Strong communication skills, able to effectively build stakeholder relationships

  • High level of accuracy, analytical and numerical ability, and attention to detail
