Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is located in Breckenridge, Colorado - the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. With 40,000 square feet of conference and meeting spaces, Beaver Run is the largest conference center in Breckenridge with the most scenic views and most professional team, services and amenities.

What You'll Do:

The Spencer's Outlet Manager will oversee Spencer's Steakhouse restaurant and be responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as future growth/planning. The Spencer's Manager is responsible for scheduling, time and attendance, payroll, billing, purchasing orders, inventory, hiring, performance management, and department administration. The ideal candidate will be able to not only maintain the daily operation of the restaurant, but actively work to drive future growth for the business. Full-time, year-round position with benefits eligibility.

Position starts at $65,000/yr + DOE + discretionary annual bonus

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage a staff of 40 Servers, Bartenders, and Support Staff

  • Manage scheduling, time and attendance, and payroll

  • Train, develop, and manage the performance of staff

  • Partner with HR and Food & Beverage Senior Management to hire staff

    Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact for restaurant patrons, ensuring the guest satisfaction

  • Maintain inventory and supplies necessary for department

  • Strategize with F&B Senior Management to plan the future of the restaurant

  • Partner with Kitchen Management on menus and pricing

  • Assign server sections

  • Manage billing, purchasing orders, and financials

  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentability

    What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years restaurant experience, especially in a fine dining establishment - preferred

  • 2+ years supervisory experience - preferred

  • Proficient at written and verbal communication in English - required

  • Experience with Micros and NCR - preferred

  • ServSafe and Tips certification - preferred or ability to obtain

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - preferred
