Parksite Sales Support/Commercial Project Coordinator in Bolingbrook, Illinois
We’re seeking a highly motivated and communicative individual to join our team.
You'll identify and develop business opportunities, leveraging your strong interpersonal, phone and email skills to connect with project stakeholders. This role requires the ability to work independently to manage your own workload, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualify and maintain new business leads
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Develop product, technical and territorial knowledge of our products and services
Collaborate with internal teams to close sales
Utilize CRM software to track progress and manage opportunities
Make outbound calls to general contractors, architects, and outside sales team
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent phone and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Personable and relationship-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Business Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salesforce experience a plus
Experience:
Consistently exceeded expectations, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
Possesses a strong understanding of customer needs and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Confidently handled both incoming and outgoing calls, effectively communicating with clients and colleagues over the phone and email.
Adept at using Word, Excel, and other relevant programs to manage data, and complete administrative tasks efficiently. Salesforce experience a plus.
Background in construction, fabrication and or distribution a plus.
