Robert half is hiring! We are looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist near the Boca Raton, Florida area. This opportunity has loads of growth potential for a candidate who multi-tasks effectively and has strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Major responsibilities:

-keeping track of aged receivables and past due accounts

-reconciling A/R Aging

-posting payments into the G/L accounting system

-credit card reconciliations

-updating Accounting system with progress as well as tracking

progress in Excel

-making outbound collection calls to customers and receiving

inbound calls

-email, customer follow up and correspondence

Requirements

We are searching for individuals with:

• Prior A/R Billing Experience

• Experience with A/R Aging

• Account reconciliation experience

• Collections experience preferred

• Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight

• Microsoft Excel experience required

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience working with ERP accounting software preferred
