Donaldson is looking for a Product Specialist II on the Engineering Business Processes (EBP) team and reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). This opportunity is an enterprise impacting role that will allow you to contribute to almost every Donaldson business unit around the globe. You will not only help the business manage our engineering change process of today, but you will be a key contributor in the definition and refinement of our business processes and tools of tomorrow. Role Responsibilities: Facilitate cross functional execution of change management processes to ensure validation and implementation is complete in a reliable and timely manner. Configure/test process enhancements and develop reports in PLM software (Aras Innovator) Establish and maintain standards, procedures of work, and ensure proper procedures are followed to maintain data integrity of all engineering records. Provide expertise, guidance, and training to global PLM system users Recommend and implement enhancements to the PLM processes including utilizing technology to gain efficiencies and eliminate redundancies Participate in team meetings by tracking and reporting out key performance indicators (KPIs) Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business, technical, or related field (will consider Associate's Degree + 5 years relevant experience) 2+ years of work experience in a manufacturing or technical environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with business process development, data analysis, project management, or product management Experience with PLM software, especially Aras Innovator and/or Teamcenter Proficient in MS office applications Experience utilizing Six Sigma or Lean methodologies Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing processes Ability to interpret engineering drawings & bills of materials Keywords: Product Management, Project Management, Business Process Development #Li-Hybrid Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
