We are now looking for a highly motivated Human Resource Business Partner to join our team!

The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Leaders on key business decisions to drive sustainable & healthy business performance while developing people and organization for future

  • Actively seek feedback to refine HR services and alert relevant teams about potential impacts on various HR functions, including but not limited to: Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Engagement, Recruitment, Training, and Legal Compliance.

  • Design and implement communication strategies

  • Enhance workplace dynamics, employee morale, productivity, and retention through close collaboration with management and staff.

  • Streamline the recruitment process to meet the needs of our internal stakeholders efficiently.

  • Conduct insightful exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend actionable strategies to management.

  • Identify and address training requirements for both teams and individual leaders, connecting strategic vision with talent development.

  • Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of training initiatives, ensuring they meet their intended goals.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including those related to Vietnamese Labor Laws, Social Insurance, Safety, and Occupational Health.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of employment laws to minimize legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Lead Quality/FP&R/EHS standard: refer on R&R matrix detail for each standard

The Individual

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, English language, or a related field.

Required qualifications:

2 - 5 years of proven experience, with a profound understanding of local labor laws and regulations

Preferred qualifications:

  • Professional Certifications: PHR/SPHR/GPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP

  • Proficiency with SAP-HR and Success Factors systems

  • Experience in manufacturing operations management outside of Human Resources
