JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsible to the Weatherization Program Director to provide leadership and coordination to the Weatherization auditing and quality assurance function. Individual is responsible for establishing and using systems that increase production efficiency and throughput while maintaining compliance with agency policy and State of Wisconsin Weatherization Program rules and requirements. Achieve and maintain certifications that are required by the State of Wisconsin for this position. Communicate with property owners and clients to gain understanding and support for the actions and activities that will be recommended to improve the building\'s energy performance.
