Participate in campus demonstration response including prep meetings, demonstrations, and after-action discussions and serve as a point of contact for faculty/staff/students.Participate in on-call rotation and serve as an emergency contact for UHD, UTPD, CMHC, and other departments after hours, on weekends and holidays. Serve as essential personnel during campus emergencies.Serve as a back-up to the director in the Emergency Operations Center. Responsible for communicating with leadership when needed.Provide immediate and on-going support to students in needing support with absence notifications and student emergency funds.Meets with students, faculty, legal affairs, campus colleagues, community members and others, as appropriate, for consultation, training, and problem solving. Serves as a resource on student behavior concerns at the institution.Assists or leads special assignments within the unit and the Office of the Dean of Students, including committee appointments.
