The Learning Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Learning & Development team. This role will provide administrative support, coordinate leadership development schedule, process and track external payments to vendors, assist with onboarding and special events, and communicate key leadership dates across the organization. This role collaborates closely with our HR Business Partners, Safety, Quality, Operations and Legal to translate business needs into impactful experiences that serve to develop our colleagues. They will report to the Senior Learning & Development Manager, and ensure that Altium is developing the skills and capabilities of our employees to support a learning culture and high-performance organization. They will also ensure Altium’s Guiding Principles are incorporated into all learning and development initiatives, and reinforce our culture of safety, value creation, and disciplined entrepreneurship.

Roles/Responsibilities

· Provide backup support for our Workday LMS to ensure rosters, scheduling and program records are correct and complete HR ticket requests.· Acts independently to coordinate all logistics, vendors, and supplies needed for programs. (For example: agendas, rosters, handouts, schedules, participant guides, lodging, catering, and audio/visual needs, etc.).· Administers program-related assessments/evaluations, compiles data, and creates reports.· Serve as liaison for inquires/questions for Learning Team.· Manages Plant Manager Onboarding Program, calendar, and presenters for quarterly meetings.· Organizes and manages special events under the direction of the Senior Learning & Development Manager.· Drive continuous improvement by prioritizing learning initiatives based on business needs, making recommendations based on analysis of performance and industry benchmarks/best practices, and modifying approach to meet changing goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience• 2-5 Years’ administrative or coordinator experience• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)· Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously and prioritize work request.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.· High attention to detail.· Team Player: Approachable.· Knowledge of LMS software a plus.· Ability to learn innovative technology as needed
