Chenega IT Enterprise Services (CITES) offers forward-thinking technology solutions to federal agencies and the DoD. Formed in 2016 to serve federal customers CONUS, CITES has grown quickly into a best practices leader for the modern federal enterprise.

The Technical Writer shall provide technical writing and documentation support.

Responsibilities

• Support technical staff in the development and dissemination of technical documents, including requirements analysis, design documents, manuals, fielding documents, and network security documents.

• Prepare contract deliverables and reports.

• Assist with the preparation of presentations supporting the development of deliverables and reports.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

• BA/BS degree preferred

• 8+ years of experience

• Top Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain an SCI clearance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent written and verbal comunication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

• Ability to handle a large, complex workload, effectively coordinate multiple resources, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluation methods and techniques.

• Ability to handle controversial situations with tact and diplomacy.

• Excellent PC skills.

• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.
