HOW YOUR ROLE FITS INTO BOLDT: The purpose of the Senior Safety Manager is to create, inspire, and maintain a \"Safe Thinking\" safety culture. This position will assist in leading, directing, facilitating, and supporting project \"Safe Thinking\" safety initiatives for an operating group or office. This position will focused on safety on renewable energy construction sites. The Senior Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuringthe completion of safety audits and inspections as well asall required internal and external reporting obligations are met, including monthly reporting of site safety metrics. Through planning, leading, evaluating, and continuously improving the awareness and practice of safe construction methods, the manager will strive to create anenvironment encouraging a collaborative working spirit and an integrated culture. Coordinate with subcontractors to understand their safety requirements and embed into the company\'s plan as needed. Control hazardous working conditions and unsafe employee activities through safety management and collaboration with department leadership.
