Express Employment Professionals Land Acquisition and Infrastructure Project Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico

- Manages/process of real estate acquisition
- Seek additional land for development through relations with real estate agents and agencies
- Maintain Schedules for multiple projects and coordinate delivery times
- Maintain cost control systems, reporting procedures, contingency and damage control
- Any other task assigned

- College technical degree preferred and/or minimum of three years construction experience with a minimum two (2)-years infrastructure construction experience or with similar responsibilities and duties
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Experience in the use of various computer packages. (eg: Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Office Suites, Etc.)
- Knowledge of construction codes, policies, and guidelines.
- Must have valid New Mexico driver's license and auto insurance along with a dependable motor vehicle due to the amount of driving
